Terminal Warehouse

Nonstop, in partnership with James Co (an art advisory), has been commissioned to develop and implement a visual arts program that draws on the building’s industrial heritage. The program will explore themes of reclamation, restoration, and forward-thinking design, while complementing the light-filled, biophilic, and human-centered environment taking shape.

Located in Chelsea, the building once housed actual box cars inside “the tunnel,” and later became home to the legendary nightclub, The Tunnel. Nonstop’s vision is to create an immersive, sensory-rich experience tailored to the building’s multi-use purpose and the discerning cultural community it attracts. With this new arts initiative, Terminal Warehouse is poised to become a vibrant cultural destination.
